What are Lifegroups?

Lifegroups are where you find community as you build relationships with others. These groups meet each week to fellowship as they cultivate meaningful relationships, and connect through prayer and Scripture reading. It's our prayer that these groups will be places you can be authentic and open with one another. Through these relationships, we can build one another up in our personal walk with Christ.

History of Redemption Reading Plan

Reading the Bible is an essential discipline for followers of Jesus Christ. Taking the time to read the Bible is one of the ways that a Christian grows closer to the Lord and cultivates a relationship with Him. However, the goal is not to simply check off a box when reading the Bible. It's our desire to promote a method that will encourage the Christian to grow (understand God’s Word) and be transformed (motivated to action) by the power of God’s Word.

The plan provided below takes a different approach than what we have done in the past. Previously, we have ventured chronologically through the Old and New Testament. This new Redemptive-Historical approach to reading the Bible will highlight key chapters of the Old and New Testament that will help provide foundational elements of redemptive history (how God has worked in history to bring about his plan of salvation). Our hope at New Life Church is that by the end of the reading plan, you will have a solid understanding of the holistic message of the Bible.

Meet our Lifegroup teams!

Baumgardner & Hodges Lifegroup
This Lifegroup is co-led by Adam Baumgardner and Ben Hodges. It is a diverse age group that meets on Sunday nights from 5pm-7pm.

Coghill Lifegroup
​We are a large multi-generational group that meets from 6pm-8pm.

Griebling Lifegroup
​The Griebling Lifegroup meets Sunday evenings at 5pm. Our group dynamic ranges from 40-75 years old. 

Hodowanic Lifegroup
​The Hodowanic Lifegroup meets on Sunday evenings at 5pm.

Price Lifegroup
​The Price Lifegroup meets Sunday nights from 5pm-8pm. We have a close-knit family atmosphere.

​We are a large group of middle aged families, and we meet from 5pm-7pm.

Farhat Lifegroup
​The Farhat Lifegroup meets on Sunday nights from 5pm-7pm. We are a group of young families.

Hill Lifegroup
​The Hill Lifegroup meets Sunday evenings from 5pm-7pm. We are open to all age groups.

Horvath Lifegroup
​The Horvath Lifegroup consists of families and singles. We meet on Sundays at various times.

Pugh Lifegroup
The Pugh Lifegroup meets Sunday evenings from 5pm-7pm, and is multi-generational.
