Meet our Kids Pastor
Matt Berry joined New Life Church staff in 2015. He received his bachelors degree in Pastoral Theology from Southeastern Free Will Baptist College. Matt is married to his wife, Megan. Together they have 4 kids (Ellie, Jack, and Gracie, and Ruby).

Kids Ministry at New Life Church
At New Life Church our kids experience safe, age-appropriate environments where they learn about Jesus in a creative and relevant way.
What is our mission:
The Kids Ministry exists to connect children to new life in Christ by partnering with parents to equip them to be the primary disciplers of their own children. This ministry operates so that kids will know, love, and obey Jesus, and discover their unique purpose in His story.
We would love to see you and your family visit NLC Kids.
Your first visit
Here's what to expect when visiting NL Kids for the first time:
Make you way through the front doors and walk just a little way into our foyer where you can check in your child at Guest Services.
This is the information we will ask for. Please know that we value the special needs of your children.
Parent/guardian name(s)
Once your child has been checked in, someone will guide you to their classroom. After the service, meet your child at their classroom, and an NLC volunteer with connect you with your child. Once your family is in our database, the check in process will be quicker the next time you join us for worship.

Once your family is in our database, the check in process will be quicker the next time you join us for worship.
When do we meet?
9AM & 11AM Worship Services
NURSERY - We have a nursery for infants & toddlers.
2's & 3's CLASS - The 2-3 year olds have their own time to play, sing, eat a snack, and have an age appropriate Bible lesson.
K4 CLASS - The 4-5 year olds also have time to play, sing, eat a snack, and have an age appropriate Bible lesson.
ELEMENTARY JR. CHURCH - For Kindergarten through 6th grade, there is a different format. During the 9AM service all elementary aged children begin in the sanctuary to sing and worship with their families. After the music they will be dismissed to their service in the gymnasium. In the 11AM service, all elementary aged children begin in the gymnasium for their own worship. The NLC Kids team will lead them in activities & games, worship, and a Bible lesson. Once the morning is done, they can be picked up from the gymnasium.
AWANA - Join us for Awana Clubs at New Life Church! Children ages 3 - 6th grade grow in faith through fun, interactive Bible learning! We offer three age-specific clubs: Cubbies (ages 3 & 4), Sparks (K5 - 2nd), and T&T (3rd - 6th). Our Awana program meets every Wednesday from 7:00 PM to 8:10 PM. Children enjoy engaging lessons, scripture memorization, and exciting games, all designed to build a solid foundation of biblical truth and Christ-like character. We'd love for your child to be part of the adventure!
